Our Team

Jerra Kramer, CPA

Born and raised in the Wenatchee Valley, Jerra has been with the firm since November of 2006.

Her accounting education began at Wenatchee Valley College where in 2004 she earned her Associate in Arts (business). She then continued her education by earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University in 2007, her CPA license in 2010, and her Masters of Science in Taxation in 2016 from Golden Gate University.

Jerra enjoys reading, music and all of the outdoor activities that the Valley has to offer. Jerra also enjoys spending time with her husband Jared, their sons Derek and Ben, and the rest of her family that lives in the Wenatchee area.

Richard Welk, CPA

Dick has been with the firm since 1981. The primary focus of his experience has been in the areas of taxation and tax planning. After receiving his B.A. degree, he continued his studies completing a Master of Science degree in taxation.

Dick has also been involved in valuation of closely held businesses for purposes of gift, buy-sell agreements and litigation.

After hours he enjoys his time on the golf course playing with clients and friends. He also enjoys watching local, college and professional sports. He is involved in the lives of his children and five grand children which keeps him very active.

Renata Ballard, CPA

Renata has been with the firm since 1986.  Her specialty is tax returns, compilations and reviews, budgeting, and quality control.

Working with clients is what she loves about public accounting. Her clients appreciate her attention to detail and her desire to help them succeed in whatever way she can be helpful.
