Shelton is one of today’s most dynamic speakers on leadership in the workplace. From his days at Costco, where he became one of the youngest warehouse managers in that company’s history, to leading Cold Stone Creamery from its beginnings to worldwide expansion in 2006, Sheldon has developed a people-oriented approach to leadership.
