John McQuaig was awarded with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the 2008 Innovators Luncheon presented by the Greater Wenatchee Area Technology Alliance (GWATA).
We always knew John McQuaig was quite an entrepreneur, but with release of his new book, Parallel Peaks, he really raised the bar. 
In accepting the award at the banquet John thanked his clients specifically. He said “The great thing about doing accounting and consulting with such great clients is that I have a front row seat as to what works and doesn’t work in their strategy. I would almost be remiss if I didn’t win entrepreneur of the year after being willing to take a little risk and observing first hand for many years the strategies and ups and downs of my clients!”
